Professional engagements

Consulting work is governed by a separate statement of work or master services agreement signed for each engagement. Fees, deliverables, and timelines are not fixed on this website; they are agreed individually. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials we create for you are licensed or assigned as specified in your engagement contract. Our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how remain our property.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use. Service liability caps and exclusions are set out in each engagement contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Chiang Mai shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules apply.
