Refund policy
This policy applies to paid professional services arranged with Pixel Conduit Consulting Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Pixel Conduit Consulting จำกัด), Tax ID 0105567839204, info@pixelconduit.digital, +66-53-000-1606.
Several durations below are standard market practice and are proposed, pending business confirmation.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for consulting engagements where work has not been delivered as agreed in your signed statement of work.
Cancellation by you
- More than 14 days before the scheduled start: full refund of any prepaid fee minus documented third-party costs already incurred.
- Within 14 days: up to 50% of prepaid fees may be retained to cover reserved capacity, unless otherwise stated in your contract.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you receive a full refund of unused prepaid amounts within 14 business days.
Work already performed
Delivered assessments, reports, or billable pairing hours are non-refundable once accepted or after 7 days from delivery, whichever comes first.
Deposits
Deposits stated in your proposal are applied to the final invoice. Unused deposit balances are refunded when an engagement is cancelled under the terms above.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
How to request a refund
Email info@pixelconduit.digital with your company name, invoice reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
Rescheduling
Workshops or on-site days may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 7 days ahead and a mutually available date exists.
Exceptions
Force majeure events are handled in good faith per your master services agreement.
